近期，华中科技大学张建成副教授、袁世荧教授与尚游教授团队在Nature Communications（IF=14.7）上发表题为“Gut-derived memory γδ T17 cells exacerbate sepsis-induced acute lung injury in mice”的研究。脓毒症(Sepsis)是一个严重的全球性健康问题，通常由急性肺损伤(ALI)或急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)引起。虽然肠-肺轴在ALI中的作用已有报道，但肠道免疫细胞直接迁移到肺部的过程仍然不明确。研究团队发现，脓毒症诱导的γδ T17细胞从小肠迁移到肺部，引发了小鼠体内以IL-17A为主导的炎症反应。肺泡巨噬细胞中Wnt信号通路的激活促进了CCL1的上调，从而促进γδ T17细胞的迁移。CD44+ Ly6C- IL-7Rhigh CD8low细胞是加重ALI症状的主要迁移亚型。艾司氯胺酮(Esketamine)通过抑制肺部Wnt/β-catenin信号通路介导的迁移来减轻ALI。该项研究强调了肠-肺记忆γδ T17细胞迁移在脓毒性ALI中的关键作用，并阐明了肺部局部IL-17A升高的重要性。
