近期,青海省人民医院赵强强团队在Molecular Cancer(IF=27.7)上发表题为“Unveiling the PDK4-centered rituximab-resistant mechanism in DLBCL: the potential of the “Smart” exosome nanoparticle therapy.”的研究。弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)中利妥昔单抗(rituximab)耐药的关键机制主要涉及PDK4对CD20表达的负调控。研究团队发现,PDK4通过磷酸化HDAC8调节CD20表达,导致利妥昔单抗耐药。为此,团队开发了一种外泌体纳米颗粒复合物,通过靶向PDK4/HDAC8/CD20途径有效克服耐药性,为DLBCL患者的治疗提供了新的策略。
该项研究中,使用了欣博盛生物(NeoBioscience Technology Co, Ltd)的Mouse TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-12和IL-6 ELISA Kits,用于检测样本中相关指标的含量。
