九月高分文献速递 2025年9月2日,武汉大学中南医院陈巍海教授和张先正教授在Materials Today,IF=22上发表题为Harnessing microbial hydrogen for remodeling tumor microenvironment to potentiate collaborative chemo-immunotherapy的研究成果。本研究揭示了微生物H₂辅助化学免疫治疗的创新潜力,为癌症治疗策略开发提供了新范式。 化疗免疫疗法从根本上受限于肿瘤特异性不足以及具有免疫抑制作用的肿瘤微环境(TME)。本文构建了一种工程益生菌CB@PPH,用于重塑肿瘤微环境,以增强协同化疗免疫疗法的效果。由于肿瘤低氧趋向性,CB@PPH有助于PPH在肿瘤内的精准递送,并通过抑制微管蛋白解聚原位杀伤肿瘤细胞。此外,肿瘤组织中富集的CB@PPH能够持续产生大量微生物氢气。一方面,肿瘤内产生的氢气会诱导严重的线粒体破坏,扰乱肿瘤细胞内的氧化还原平衡,协同放大免疫原性细胞死亡信号。另一方面,微生物氢气作为免疫调节剂,将免疫抑制性TME改造成促免疫原性环境,从而激活强大的抗肿瘤免疫反应。与αPD-1疗法联合使用时,经改造的CB@PPH显著抑制皮下肿瘤的生长,并有效抑制了远处肿瘤的进展,肿瘤抑制率达91.0%。 本研究中,使用了欣博盛生物(NeoBioscience Technology Co., Ltd.)提供的 Mouse CRP ELISA kit。 文献引用的欣博盛产品如下: 货号 名称 灵敏度 检测范围 11.7 pg/ml 23.44-1500 pg/ml 欣博盛生物作为供应商,为科研工作者提供高质量ELISA试剂盒,确保每一批次产品的高质量与稳定性。致力于提供最优质的产品和服务,助力您的科研迈向新的高度! 九月文献引用合集 1.
